Bedfordshire Housing Link (BHL) was established in 1974 to enable homeless people to find a place in which to live, achieve their potential and integrate into the community. Since its foundation the organisation has evolved from providing a soup kitchen to become a significant provider of supported accommodation in Bedford, the only provider of such accommodation in Central Bedfordshire, and a provider of Education & Employment Support Services.
